Case Study: Disney Golf Wedge Promotion
Active 8 Marketing has been Walt Disney World Golf’s agency of record since the nascent stages of A8’s development. A8 recently ran a highly successful digital marketing campaign to help create visibility for Disney’s new Callaway custom golf wedges. Social ads were an integral part of the enormous success we generated for Disney.
We used social ads to amplify traditional Facebook posts and Facebook LIVE video to a targeted audience of golfers who had an explicit interest in Disney and Callaway. We maximized a conservative campaign budget connect with over 240k golfers in the United States.
13,781 golfers submitted an entry form during the 30 day campaign, with over 80% new subscribers to Disney Golf’s email marketing database. Additionally, over 300 sets of the new custom wedges were sold via the campaign thank-you page, generating significant short and long term ROI.
